Targeted Feral Animal Management
Practical, responsible feral animal management for landholders and rural properties across NSW North Coast. Our services combine property assessment, surveillance and monitoring, mapping, landholder knowledge and appropriately licensed control activities to develop a management approach suited to the individual property. We provide comprehensive vertebrate pest solutions designed to protect your land, infrastructure, and native wildlife while adhering to ethical, environmental, and NSW Regulatory standards and legislation.
Our Core Management Services
Surveillance and Monitoring
Trail cameras, thermal observation equipment, drone-based surveillance where appropriate, field observations and mapping can be used to identify pest animal presence, activity patterns and movement across a property. Monitoring information is combined with landholder observations and mapping to assist with planning targeted management activities.
Licensed Feral Animal Control
Where control is required, activities are planned according to the target species, property conditions, identified risks and applicable regulatory, legislation, and animal welfare requirements. EFPS provides appropriately licensed endorsements AHCPMG304 and RePL (CASA accredited), Public Liability insurance ($20 million cover) and Provide first aid certificate.
Property Assessment & Planning
Every property is different. We consider pest animal activity, livestock, property access, boundaries, neighbouring land, environmental conditions and other operational risks when planning management activities. Clear communication with landholders remains an important part of the process.
A Planned approach to Pest Animal Management
Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all approach, we study pest behaviour and movement across your property first. Through advanced monitoring, strict animal welfare compliance, and detailed record keeping, we safeguard your agricultural investment at the core of any job, protect native wildlife with minimal risk and maximum precision. Feral animals cause significant damage to agricultural land, crops, pastures, fencing and other property infrastructure. They can also affect livestock, native wildlife and sensitive environments and contribute to broader bio-security concerns. EFPS works with landholders to understand the issues occurring on their property and develop practical management strategies appropriate to the species, location and individual circumstances.
